Returns & Exchanges:
Our client’s satisfaction is our highest priority and we want every transaction to be an easy, pleasant shopping experience. That’s why each box of Fancy Flats™ is checked to ensure your order is correct, and without any imperfections before leaving Fancy Flats headquarters.
We are happy to exchange your Fancy Flats™ for a new size or colour however to avoid any delay of Fancy Flats reaching your feet, please refer to the Fancy Flats- Guide to Sizes before confirming your order.
PLEASE NOTE - THE CUDO DEAL WAS SOLD OUT. AS PER THE TERMS OF THE DEAL WE HAD LIMITED SIZES AND COLOURS AVAILABLE. WE ARE THEREFORE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE SIZES OR COLOURS TO CUDO CUSTOMERS AS ALL STOCK HAS BEEN SOLD AS PART OF THE CUDO DEAL
A postage and handling fee of $11.00 is charged on all Exchanges
Please DO NOT return the item you wish to exchange before contacting Fancy Flats via email
To ensure your new size and/or colour is in stock please email exchanges@fancyflats.com.au with details of your order and we will reply to confirm availability. Exchanges must be made within 10 calendar days following the date of delivery; merchandise must be unworn and in original condition.
Fancy Flats™ has sole discretion in determining whether the product is in original condition when returned and will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return is lost or delivered late.
Please note that postage and handling on exchanged merchandise is non-refundable, unless we made an error and your order was sent incorrectly.
Postage:
Delivery within Australia is flat rate of $9.50 per box of Fancy Flats™
Delivery outside of Australia is flat rate of $30 per box of Fancy Flats™
Your Fancy Flats order will be posted within 2 business days of receiving it and once payment has been received.
Orders are delivered via Australia Post’s postal service. If your Fancy Flats delivery does not fit in to your letterbox, Australia Post will leave a notification card asking you to collect your parcel from your nearest Australia Post Office.
Please allow up to four business days for your Fancy Flats delivery to arrive. Fancy Flats does not take responsibility for any misplaced after the delivery has been dispatched.
Payment and personal security:
Fancy Flats™ accept payment by the secure PayPal system.
Credit Cards are accepted for payment. Click on the link above the credit card symbols.
You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay by credit card.
By using Paypal, your credit card number is never exposed to Fancy Flats and you can be confident in Paypal's 100% protection.
